20 March 2009 (Friday)-Friends' Night In City Harvest!!

Hi! I am back again, as i had promised last time. This time, it is gonna be story-telling through the photos. So, i went to City Harvest Church this day. Rapid kl, ktm and then taxi, for the transportation. It started at 8.00p.m. Blah blah blah...Photos!! :)

I reached City Harvest at around 7.45p.m. It was ady crowded that time. haha..

My coupon for the lucky draw later!

Opening prayers by Keith!

2 minutes and 20 seconds left! Ice-breaking session.

The gaming session. Hmm...well. We played shoes during this game. The rules were simple. Firstly, we all were asked to send one of the pair of our shoes to the centre of a location chosen. Then, we formed a big circle, surrounding the pool of shoes. Followed by that, a music was on. We walked in the circle surrounding the shoes. When the music was ended out of a sudden, we must get to the pool of shoes and withdrew our own shoes. After we wore back our shoes, we stood up. Yeah! My group turned out to be the first group. And the last group would be punished! The punishment...hmm...singing 'Negaraku'...^^

The singing session. The people who didn't speak Mandarin, namely the Africans were invited to the stage and sang Mandarin songs. So, the rest of us, as being the audients, would listen to the songs and recognized them. Prizes were given out to those who had good ears. haha! From the 1st one, the names of the songs were as followings:
珊瑚海 Jay
你最近还好吗 SHE
斗牛要不要 Tank
爷爷泡的茶 Jay
花田错 Lee Hom
中国话
SHE

Guitar-playing session. By following the notes shown upon the screen, the guitarist played the musics!

Band performance by the girls! Yeah! All girls. They had brought to us 2 songs. At the same time, they also did promotion on their album! Cool man!

Dancing session.

Movie done by the drama group of City Harvest! Adapted from movie (forgot its name...sorry) where u can find Zorror! Well, the story line wasn't too special. It was all about the hero saving the beauty! hehe...i think this was the best part of the events that day. So funny! ^^

Recognized him? I am not really sure about his name, but what i know is that he had won the ASTRO 新秀大赛few years ago. He was the champion, a top-rated guy.

Some of us were chosen to go to the stage for talents shows. Well...seemed that their only talent is singing...

Hey! This guy was the champion for the Malaysia Beatbox Competition. That day, he came to the church for the performance. Haha..Very nice!

This is a Clapometer, by which u can measure the frequency of handclaps. There should be a machine hiding somewhere, i felt so curious searching for it that time. Hmm...the highest rating unit is ten. In this case, it was for the beatbox performance by the guy i mentioned just now. Geng ah!

Prize-giving session! Well...i wasn't the lucky one. The winner could get an ipod nano, i think. Haih haih haih.....

That is all for that day. Ended at around 10.10p.m. After that, Andrew arranged the transportation to send me to ktm station. Oh yeah...Andrew and another girl were the emcees of the night. Good job ya! haha...
