Today, i mean 'that day', i went to times square with classmates, namely pei hwa, ing hui, elayne, wei jiann, chee huat, ivy and 2 more girls (not sure about their names. but they should be elsa and jia jia rite? Got them from charlene's journal. Peace!) So, on that day, we set off right after our lesson which was ended at 12.00pm. Before that, i went to the girl's hostel as usual and waited for my classmates to dress up. After that, i accompanied pei hwa to withdraw money from a bank nearby as i had promised her beforehand. When the other girls were ready, we took a taxi to go to ktm station, and from there we boarded the train to kl sentral station, and then we took monorail to imbi station, and here we were right in front of the entrance of times square.
Practically, we went searching for nice food, as all of us had been starving since that morning. Hmm...sometimes we guys must be physically and mentally well-prepared whenever having an outing with girls. Never expect to feed our stomach 'fully' as most of them are anti-high lipids and carbohydrates, and no fast food! Perhaps i was from a male school, so not really used to that.haha...no offence ya! Take that day for instance, we stopped by many food shops and restaurants, but immediately retreated when we...hmm...the girls(exclude me please..)took a glimpse at the food menu. Haih...a bit 'frustrated' liao. So, i came out with an idea of bringing them to a food cafe which i am quite familiar with and where i know the food menu dislays the foods in SMALLER dishes, but BIGGER servings! Hehe! Here is my place, i wanna choose my own food, feeding my own stomach!! After we ordered food, the girls started complaining about the place, this and that...and after we had done, they changed their views towards the shop. Totally distorted from what they had said just now.The sayings were something like 'not bad, big serving at considerable price, delicious as well...blah...'.only ph couldn't finish it because the food was being served in such a 'gargantuan' amount! Moreover, she was and is on diet!
BIG MEAL! GARGANTUAN AMOUNT!!
Next, we went loitering around, entered Boarders and then we headed to Lowyat Plaza. Nothing special happened there, we just wandered around from one floor to another, buying some computer accessories and then we proceeded to sungai wang complex. Hoho! There were acrobatic performance from China, consisting of around 12 people, i guessed. Yet again, we shopped around...at 7.30pm, we headed straight to the area of Bintang Walk, which is one street away from sungai wang. Wow! The atmosphere was so 'chinese'! Bcoz Chinese New Year was just around the corner, coming in no time! Next, all of us entered a chinese traditional food shop to buy rou gan. The shop wasn't that big, actually. However, u could buy almost all kinds of chinese traditional food for ur cny there. If not mistaken, my classmate ing hui ady spent around 200 bucks for rou gan (肉干) ! Then, we went to a bai gu cha (肉骨茶) restaurant for dinner. So disappointing man! Paid 13 bucks for only few pieces of porks! and 2.50 bucks for one bowl of rice! As if the rice was made of gold...that is all for that day's trip. After that, i sent the girls back to hostel, using the same transportation. Then, i took the rapid kl and went to section 2, and from there i walked all the way to my hostel that took around 20 minutes for a distance of approximately 1.5 to 2 km. Don't count my speed okay?! 'Nightwalk' is good for health also ma. The whole day was okay for me, as i had been enduring boredom since last week...nitez!^^
